Terms of Care

1. Caregiver Deployments & Shifts

We deploy certified nurses, nursing assistants, and bedside caregivers based on the care plan established by our clinical supervisor.

• Shift Scheduling: Shift timings (e.g. 12-hour or 24-hour schedules) are finalized during the onboarding enquiry. Deployments require advanced notice of at least 24 hours.
• Safe Environment: The client agrees to provide a safe, respectful, and violence-free workspace for all visiting staff. Abuse, harassment, or unsafe settings will result in immediate termination of care.

2. Caregiver Dignity & Direct Hiring

We believe in protecting the formal employment rights and dignity of our clinical workforce.

• Clients may not directly hire, solicit, or enter into private side-contracts with any caregiver deployed by Nursio. All payments and clinical records must route officially through our platform.
• Caregivers receive bank-traceable payroll, formal service contracts, and PF/ESI benefits. Any private arrangement voids Nursio's clinical liability and will lead to service termination.

3. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All services are billed periodically based on active care plan subscriptions. Payment must be made in advance of the service block. Cancellations must be communicated to the clinical supervisor at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled shift to avoid partial slot charges.
